Reset Password

If you have forgotten your password you can reset it at the link below. It will require either your user name or email address. The system will send you a link via email to reset your password. Please make sure to check your spam or junk mail because this is a system generated email and sometimes has a hard time making it through.

Account Status

Once logged in visit the link below to determine your account status.

Active Membership Status

You can see your subscription status and expiration date. Your account must say “Premium” for access to premium content.

Pending Membership Status

If your account says “Pending subscription Retry Payment” you will need to click to make a payment to activate your subscription.

Cancel Membership

You can cancel your membership from this same page by clicking “Cancel” and following instructions.

Change Password or Email

To change your password or email address you must first login. Once logged in visit the account page to make any changes. To change the password you will need to input it twice and click “edit profile” button. See screenshot below.
